Property Condition Assessments

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom proposal.

Base Level - includes cost to cure and major projected expenses, electrical panel access, HVAC operation and A.D.A. Tier II Accessibility Survey.

Visual Only Assessment - excludes cost to cure, major projected expenses, opening electrical panels, and operating HVAC units.

Full Roofing Evaluation - We will inspect the roof; for a more detailed evaluation by a third-party specialist, select this option.

HVAC Evaluation - A more in-depth assessment by 3rd Party Specialist Contractor

CASp Accessibility Evaluation - An A.D.A. Evaluation by a 3rd Party Specialist Contractor to be performed by a Certified Access Specialist, (CASp).   This type of evaluation offers SOME protection against litigation.

Pest and Dry Rot Inspection - A more in-depth assessment by 3rd Party Specialist Contractor

Commercial Kitchen Full Evaluation - A more in-depth assessment by 3rd Party Specialist Contractor

Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment - 3rd Party Specialist Contractor

Note:  Phase 1 ESA establishes a baseline for the presence of known hazardous contaminants on the property, so you qualify for protection against future cleanup costs under the Innocent Landowners Defense Act.

All 3rd Party Specialist Contractors are fully qualified and licensed in their respective fields. Our commercial property assessments carry up to $1,000,000 in Errors & Omissions insurance.
